Burke's Orchid in Bloom

This was post-Katrina, pre-Wilma. The pic was taken with my treasured old super-fast manual Nikon FM2. It was among around 100 negatives I recently put on disk for virtually no money. This has opened a whole new avenue of happiness for me.
