First thing is, take off the little car bits that go over the edges of the windshield to hold it in. On this side, the screws are hidden under the rubber seal of the door.
Then he loosened up the windshield all around, gently breaking the old seal. He squirted water in from time to time to make it slick.
I loved this tool. Puzzled, I said:
--Is it a hammerdrill? (It sure hammered like one.)
--No, no. Special windshield tool, costs around $700.00.
Not good at standing up, me. I sat down in the car and watched from the inside for a while.
